Decent pub with lovely, friendly staff. Delicious food, nice bright courtyard area for outdoor sitting. Sunday Roasts are popular here and quality meat is always used. Lamb is offered where some places do not offer that option. Different sorts of entertainment on some nights.

We went for what I can only describe as the best Sunday roast I have ever had. I can't recommend this enough! Definitely put it on your bucket list!!!

Remember when you’re Nanna used to pile up the Sunday dinner cos ‘you’re a growing lad’ ? Well you get that here and it’s top quality! Honestly can’t fault it, great ale on tap and the service was brilliant. Highly recommended, this is the benchmark for the pub Sunday lunch!! Oh it’s dog friendly too.

Very good atmosphere bit a pity staff are allowed yo vap behind the bar. Especially as its illegal to do so.
