Our nurse suggested the chicken and be waffles but failed to tell us they didn't open until 9am. With our c section scheduled for 930 I placed an order, got it and back to the hospital in 10 minutes. Only to find out that our C-section was cancelled and the baby had moved to the proper position! So we were able to share breakfast together!

Do yourself a favor and make a reservation! It was our first time and even with a reservation there was a little bit of a wait for us. Its 100% worth it, just maybe be prepared for it. They must have a routine worked out because the servers were constantly making their rounds like clockwork. I don't think I saw one beverage go empty in the whole restaurant. Every employee stopped by to check on us and gave exemplary service to each table. It was really impressive to watch. The food is out of this world! They're not lying when they say they have the best biscuits and gravy! The homemade biscuits are so thick but still fluffy on the inside and have a good crisp on the outside. Topped with the smoked bacon gravy this dish really set the bar high! The crisp of the potatoes made them just the right amount of firm on the outside while the inside was soft and steamy. The breakfast burrito was delicious! We thought it could be spicy because of the jalapeno, but they blended it well into the chorizo giving it a nice little zing. The potato cakes were interesting, in the best way! Didn't know what they were on the outside, but bit in to find shredded hashbrowns! Very tasty!! You can tell with every bite and by looking around how much effort time and love these folks put in to making sure their guests are happy. It was a great time for us. Looking forward to having the opportunity to return!

Everything was delicious except for the tots as the potato option for brunch. The wait is long but calling ahead and reservations are available up fix it problem. Wish more places offered call ahead. Staff was great. All the other food was phenomenal. It all came out quickly too. $48 for 3 meals with an alcoholic drink.
