Just popped in to try the roast dinner, amazing value and the beef and chicken meals were delicious. Definitely will be back. Compliments to the chef. £10 for a roast. Or £12 for mixed meat ????

We found 'The Traveller's Rest' by accident and so pleased we stopped for a meal. The pub has a great atmosphere and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The food was excellent and as the evening grew chilly, and we were on the patio, we were invited to finish our meal inside (even our dog was welcome). A gem of a pub with a lovely view of the countryside!

We don't get out much, but as a treat, we go out to the karaoke, usually on the first Friday of the month. Very enjoyable and always made to feel welcome!
