(Adding a review to my previous 5 star rating) Can't say enough about what a positive experience it is going to this place. The staff are friendly and helpful, the place is always clean and any minor messes are cleaned up very quickly. It's also worth pointing out that, unlike some places (including the laundry room in my building) the clothes come out of the washer clean and the dryer dry. Really the absolute best place in the downtown Hamilton area to do your laundry. I'd give it a 6/5 if I could.

Small laundromat but the place is clean and has a good selection of machine sizes. The machines seem well maintained and worked well. The app made it super fast and easy to pay.

I needed a large machine for my king duvet. On arriving I found that for a little extra, they would wash, dry, fold, etc. It was ready on time and nicely wrapped - no small feat for size. The place was absolutely spotless and I was very impressed. I wouldn't hesitate to use again if necessary and like not having to wait around. Staff was great - on the phone and in person.

Our washing machine broke recently and we have to wait a few weeks for the parts to come in. In the meantime I've been making use of the incredible facilities at "The Wash", and I have NOT been disappointed! The whole place is immaculate. The machines are brand new and really well set up to make doing several loads at once a breeze. There's a machine to make change, which is super convenient; and the owner/manager was on site and very helpful and kind when I came in. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Had to come here a few weeks ago due to drain problems with the washers in the building I live in. Clean place, large machines, friendly staff Ill be back for sure if I have too Thank you!
