Great little 'pub' , its more than a pub, its quirky, quaint and bizarre as well as cosy. First time we have been here, Chris the owner is very welcoming to new faces. The decor is enchanting, see the photos, you almost expect to see someone sitting with a crystal ball! The lager was lovely, light, smooth and refreshing. There is live music too on some nights. I took the photos at the end of the evening as everyone was leaving. We will come again very relaxing atmosphere.

Cannot rate this place highly enough, the Landlord is one of the best. The venue is amazing , with a feel good vibe and live music where they not only include original music.......they welcome it!!.....I recently had the pleasure of listening to singer songwriters performing their own compositions that were of the highest standard, don't take my word for it.......just go check it out for yourself! You'll not be disappointed!

If I could put zero then I would. There were 9 of us enjoying a drink and the ambience. It was the first time I had been in there and it will now be the last because of who I assume is the owner. We were all enjoying a drink when he came over and said to my friend "do you want me to fill your glass up for you" to which my mate replied that he was okay as he was drinking out of the bottle and already half way through. The owner then came back and slammed down a plastic cup and said if he wants to drink out of the bottle then he can take that and go. Staying that he has standards in his bar. If he doesn't want people drinking out of the bottle then maybe don't give them the bottle at the bar. It's as simple as that. Pour it into a glass and give him the glass. There was no need for the attitude or belittlement caused. And how can you have standards when you are walking around vaping, not everyone wants to inhale the vapour cloud from that.

First visit here, first impressions were great however the owner seems to pick and choose his customers and bullied our friend out for drinking his drink out of the bottle.. no reason for this and no signs to explain this is a "rule". 9 of us then went and spent our money elsewhere. The owner was also walking around vaping. Came across as a real bully and will not be spending our money there again. Shame as its a nice place!

Couldn't judge the food as we didn't have any . We went there for a drink and there was a good atmosphere, decor is original , we got hour drink orders pretty quickly . No complaints really .
