What a pleasant little find!! Home cooking, feel like a local and like family when you walk in!! The good was amazing and the service was like momma welcoming you home for a Sunday afternoon meal!! Delicious!! My husband and I found this online on an overnight road trip home to Texas from North Carolina.. it was perfect and hi the spot!! We got the special which was ham, green beans, sweet potato casserole, homemade yeast rolls then a choice of strawberry cake or homemade banana pudding (we chose both desserts) A precious find!!
We had a wonderful lunch!! I had smoked sausage, corn nuggets, and pigtail fries. My husband had pulled pork, okra, and corn nuggets. It was great as well! They make their own barbecue sauce. It is wonderful!!! Everyone was very friendly too! We would highly recommend!!!!
Great food and friendly service. The catfish was tasty and my husband was impressed with the brisket. Highly recommend you try it if you're in town.
We had a great meal here at an unbelievable price. The smoked brisket was tender and moist. The salad bar had a lot of choices. The onion rings were cooked perfectly, they came out hot and crunchy on the outside with thick moist onions on the inside. Friendly and efficient service and great atmosphere.
We stopped here on our way through and we will definitely be back. The waitresses epitomize southern hospitality. The food was delicious and came out quick and hot. A hidden gem for sure.
