I got a tire from them about a week ago, well today the same tire they replaced came off while I was driving because they didn’t tighten the lugs!! The tire hit another person and caused damage so guess who’s responsible? I am!! Do not go to this place!! They keep taking my pictures off from the police report and bill!!

Two weeks since I got new tires and no issues. Four new matching tires for a good price. Quick installation and no wait or appointment. Solid guys

When my tires were being put on the rims, the owner came to the front and asked me if my truck was shaking previously. I said no because my truck has always ridden smooth. He said he asked because my rim had a dent. That was new information to me. When I got on the highway later, my truck / steering wheel was shaking ridiculously. Got a flat tire on the 90 at 530 PM, on a road trip going from New York to Wisconsin. Geico roadside assistance was useless, saying that their network partners or something were closed and to call tire places ourselves. Found these guys and couldn't be happier. Mohammad patched me up and had us out in a few minutes. Thank you so much everyone! Happy New Year!

If I could give them a 0 I would. Long story short, I got my car towed to them because my tire looked crazy deflated & I asked them whether it was my tire that needed replaced or I needed a new rim. A tall foreign man told me I needed a new rim because mine was “cracked” I called before getting my car towed there & the same foreign man told me they had the exact rim for my car. After 20 mins of them taking my rim & tire to the back, the man came out and told me the rim they had for my car was cracked as well (never was told that on the phone even though I called TWICE). He said that I could have them put their cracked rim onto my car & give me a new tire. I said no & to keep my original “cracked” rim and put a new tire on. After they did I called my uncle and we went to the tire shop across the street from Max Hayes to get another uncracked rim. The workers at the second shop told me & showed me that my rim was NOT cracked at all whatsoever. The Tire Guys are unprofessional and money hungry trying to get over on me because I am a female and I came alone.
