Tire and Wheel has done nothing to assist or make amends. Nothing. This accident has cost my friends money while also displacing my own financial structure in a desolated problematic life style. I had to sell my car Mr Scott owner of Tire and Wheel. Your business should be shut down and you should not be offered insurance. They are not helping me. Mr Scott owner. Please get me a car. Or some money $3000 the Wheel your company mounted flew off my car while driving causing damage to my vehicle. Please. This wreck has caused me to not have a vehicle I need to be able to work to pay my mortgage electricity. Please do something. Two days after wheel replaced. My wheel came off while driving busy street. They won’t help me recover any cost. Please do not go to this company.

On yesterday I had taken my car to get a tire replaced!! The mechanic that came over to talk to me about my tire was the first time I had seen him. I've gone here multiple times before exceptional service!! But this particular time I discussed another issue which was about an oil change I had just gotten done June 11 2022 at jiffy lube. I told him prior to bringing it I had been suspecting Something was wrong because it just wouldn't get-up-and-go like it used to and my engine light was blinking and we just got an oil change! so I asked the mechanic to check the oil he did.. He pulled it out wiped it off stuck it back in and showed me that there was no oil in my Pan which means Jiffy Lube did not Change my oil so he did an amazing job explaining what he was doing and Taking the time to really make sure that everything was back in place and running how it should. He also went the extra mile to take me to auto zone to have the engine light reset. 5 stars kudos to you sir!! You've got a customer in me!! The ls picture is before the reset

This is an amazing place to get amazing services! Chino is amazing and as long as you are patient and wait your turn, they are great people! Will be definitely taking my business there again!!

Don't usually post reviews, but I feel compelled to write one here. At the time of writing this, they are supposed to open at 8 am. Gave them a few calls at that time and no one picked up. Unfortunate, but I just moved on. Only con of this place. An hour later I decide to give them another go and get ahold of someone. Tells me to come right on over (found out later this was due to some issues and they were forced to open later) as they were just opening. I arrive and they get me in and begin working on my vehicle within 10 minutes. I'm there under half an hour total. When they hand me the bill, pricing was very competitive (usually get my tires from Costco, which would run me about $260+/tire [NEW]) and I paid about a quarter of what I'd usually be charged (note the tires I got here were USED). Very pleased with the quick service and very reasonable pricing. Half an hour, replaced two flats and paid under $120 total.

Always willing to work with the customer and they know several languages there just give them time they are always busy but it's quick and to the point honest business#wyandotte county business
