My car broke down randomly on a weekend so I got it towed here, they got me back on the road in a few hours (alternator died so they replaced it). Price was reasonable vs speed of service.

The only place I could find winter tires to fit my new-to-me car were over $1500 & $1600 @ Costco. When I called in they were able to bring in next day with a small deposit. The same day the tires arrived they had me booked in... So in less than 48 hours they had my tires ordered and installed... And all for under $700!!

I can definitely recommend this place. They are very genuine, helpful and provide the best service. Their prices are very reasonable and Michael is also a very kind Gentlemen and so are the service people.

Maybe don’t go here if you are queer or feminine presenting. A friend recommended them to me in the past, and they have been great several times before. Unfortunately, this time I decided to wear a lavender outfit, and I was treated very differently. I was talked down to, they tried to explain what the word “synthetic” meant when I was asked what is the difference between having synthetic oil and regularwould be for my specific vehicle. I was booked in for and paid for an oil change and inspection. They ended up topping up my coolant, which was very helpful, but they also topped up my windshield washer fluid and charged me five dollars for it, which I had topped up the night before and used maybe a couple times. As well as having a jug in the back of my vehicle that was visible and they could have used. They told me that my brake pads were quite worn out even though I had them change my brake pads a few months ago, along with flushing my brake lines. So I’m starting to doubt that my brake pads were actually changed the first time. They did mention that I could bring my invoice in and they would “take a look at it”, but now I don’t know if I trust them enough to do that. It’s unfortunate as in the past I’ve come in wearing dark clothes and looking very masculine and as today I did not feel like looking very masculine and I got a very different kind of service. I also noticed that my vehicles gas range had been changed quite a bit, so it seems as though they left my vehicle running for quite a while. They did end up rotating my tires, which is awesome, but I know that one of my tires has a leak in it and I am in dire need of new tires as I have not gotten new tires in over five years. It’s disappointing that they said that there were no issues with any of my tires. My dad and brother are mechanics so I know my way around the vehicle quite well. The way that I was spoken to derogatorily at this establishment was extremely disappointing and has lost my future business.
