They are miracle workers. So polite and kind. I adore Chris & Eric & Jeff. Thank you for fixing my baby. This is my purple benz and my car was in good hands. You would never know that I hit a deer. It’s like new! They really care about their customers and I wouldn’t trust my benz to any other shop!

Recently took my car to Todd’s, not a good experience. They told me work would take about 7-10 days. Waited 2 weeks and heard nothing. Called but got no helpful answer. They ended up having my car 7 weeks. Though this may have been out of there hands there was no communication from them. Even when I called they gave no answer as to when it would be done or what the hold up was. After numerous weeks I was finally told it would be done on the following Monday however heard nothing from them that Monday. Tuesday came and I called them, was told, “I don’t know we will call you back shortly.” Never heard from them till Wednesday, finally it was done. Got the car home, got it up to a decent speed when a it started making crazy noise. Come to find out it was plastic beneath. Which they charged me nearly $130 to “replace”. Never put on. Currently in the process of having this resolved. Update: Called about the piece before Christmas. Never heard anything. Called again talked to manager ended up taking it down. Said it was simple mix up they had part would be 10 minutes to put on. Waited 1 hour to find that it wasn’t the right part. Waited another 30 minutes for them to “get it off the lift “ and back to me. Said they’d order part and get it within 5 business days. Waited 10 days heard nothing, called. They got the wrong part again. Waited another probably 10 days called again they still had nothing. Ended up getting a refund on part and labor. I will never deal with this outfit again. From the time I found that the part was missing and made them aware till the time I got the money was well over a month.

We have been using Todd Autobody for all our body work needs over the years. Having a 4 driving household and 6 vehicles, we have had several insurance claims and they are very easy to deal with. Connie and the office staff are great! The employees communicate and work together well. Recently, I needed a loaner car for the 1 day for a minor fix and they accommodated me. The drive in estimate with Todds through my insurance company was great. Top notch Customer service!

Great job on repairs to my F-150 after getting caught in a hail storm last month only complaint I really have was I had to call to get information on updates to my repairs their lack of communication was a little frustrating but every time I called all my questions were answered by the girls in the front office very satisfied with repair work and the amount of time it took to do it very good quality job thanks again Todd Auto body

Absolutely wonderful service. Repaired my husband's truck quickly. They drove to pick up the composite bed and matched it up perfectly with the rest of his truck. Awesome and amazing job and customer service. Thank you so much!! Definitely will recommend!!
