I use to come here when it was ran by Gracie and they used to be a good salon! They are now under new management and don’t have enough skilled workers! They have terrible service the lady in the 3rd chair did a terrible job on the chrome design and when I requested she fix it she put clear polish and told me it was fixed! I told her I will not be tipping her which she proceeded to be disrespectful and began to yell! This would be my last time coming here and if you need your nails done go to Sofia nails one block up amazing customer service and amazing nail talent! This place need to be closed

Had my nails done here a few days ago. Service was really good and didn’t have any issues. The staffs were very nice and the nails were definitely worth the price. The place was kept very clean and I definitely will be coming back.

I would never ever recommend anyone come here to get their nails done. I was a happy customer about two years ago but have steadily watched this establishment decline, from yelling at and berating customers on multiple occasions, to having my nail beds burned through to the skin (see picture), to terrible experience shaping and painting (do NOT go to Michael especially; Annie is okay), to multiple cockroaches seen all over and overcharging my card on services after I’ve left the establishment, I will literally never step foot in here again and recommend if you want your nails done, you go across the street to Avenue. Terrible customer service, terrible environment, angry staff. Never again.
