Torino Pizza & Steak House

Honestly, the pizza was halfway decent, but the manager in the front or owner, whoever she is, was absolutely disgusting. She has a very bad attitude and treated my family and I very horribly. I understand that you have a sense of “power,” but you are in the hospitality business and need to check attitude at the door. The issue was she was speaking horribly about the costumer very openly, to which everyone could see.

The wait staff is so very nice & I feel sorry that they have to deal with the owner's wife. She is just RUDE. She treats people terribly whether you're staff or customers. Last time we were here to pick up pizza to go She talked so poorly to the sweet waitress trying to ring us up on the register I was honestly surprised to see the same waitress when we went for dinner tonight.. Tonight they gave us an empty Styrofoam cup that we didn't end up needing for our food, I was going to put ice cream in it because I didn't want to eat the cone & she literally wouldn't let me. What is the difference if she's going to throw the cup away after we leave anyhow? Totally crazy. Unfortunately her husband's business will suffer from her attitude. EDITED BECAUSE OF OWNERS RESPONSE- We were already given a Styrofoam container for our leftovers and didn't need it for our food. We did not ask for a to go container. We asked for a plastic spoon. You can try and justify your bad attitude but it doesn't make it any less ridiculous. The cup is going in the trash either way. So you would have been out one plastic spoon. If that's a reason to be rude to your customers I feel sorry for you.

Great place and great pizza! Definitely one of our favorites in SE Iowa. Quattro- extra well done is a great pizza! Nice service every time for takeout or dine in.
