Total Body Sports has been the only gym I have felt motivated and comfortable in all throughout my life, Our trainer Mike is always there to help you and motivate you non-stop to continue to reach for your goals and achieve them! I always feel proud to say that I am part of this team and not only that but proud of myself because here you learn to push yourself over your boundaries to get the body you deserve and the results you want, I don’t write this to just leave the good review, I write it because it’s the truth and I am more than happy to recommend Total Body Sports to anyone interested, with my eyes closed! I absolutely love this gym. 5AM sessions rock!! As a trainer myself, I began coming here to get a much needed kick in the butt to break my plateau. I’ve seen great results in as little as 3 weeks. Mike is very motivating and Total Body Sports has a family like atmosphere, everyone encourages each other and I burn a MINIMUM of 500 calories each class. Come check him out! You won’t regret it!

Total Body Sports was my first gym experience, and I can’t say that I would ask for another. I always lacked the confidence to be around strangers, much less workout with some, but it has been very welcoming. Everyone is very supportive and inspiring. After my first day, I knew I had to join, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to help me achieve my fitness goals. Mike motivates you to challenge your limits that you probably didn’t even know you had. Although the workouts are intense, it is an absolute promise that you’ll be satisfied with the results. It’s guaranteed after each workout session, you’ll be drenched in sweat!
