Middle bay swallowed up my money Feb 9th afternoon. I tried paying cash to avoid the tax on card payments. machine wouldn't accept a couple bills so I started on the dollar coins I definitely got as change here. One of them seemed like it didn't register in the machine - the amount owed didn't go down - so I pressed the refund button and got shorted a dollar. Tried again at the next cheaper wash since I could no longer afford what I wanted. Previously rejected bills went through fine this time, but coins didn't register so I refunded again and got shorted again. Had to pay on card. So I'm down a couple bucks plus the card tax... But the wash did get my car clean. Someone very conscientious used to work here, not sure why no one noticed me standing so long struggling with the machine.

Pot holes going into touch less. Right one was closed. Pot holes after wash as well. Paid 17 bucks. Highest priced one. Was in there for not even 5 minutes. Told me to pull ahead and dryers were supposed to kick on never did. Not worth it. Went on 10/30/23 around 1045 pm. Went back out through the self wash bay due to the other potholes I encountered.

Car was rinsed, soaped up, then the monitor said the wash was over & to pull forward. It never rinsed the soap off of the car. I called the phone number listed & nobody answered. Total rip off, had to go to another carwash to have it done properly.

A bit pricey.$15 for the first wash that offers blow-dry vehicle came out okay. Bugs still on front grill and windshield.

Paid for the 13 dollar wash which should have included several passes over my vehicle with more options than a soap and rinse. After I entered it sprayed me with soap and did a rinse ONLY before asking me to exit! This is not my first bad experience here as when I came before I paid for the highest option thinking it would clean me very well and when I left I still had several bird splatter spots very visible and even dirt on the sides of the car!! Both times I looked for an attendant to speak to about the service and never found anyone. This was my last resort to ensure others realize if you go here do not expect a good service nor what you may have even paid for.
