Disrespectfully miscounted three times and also demanded €14 for an amount that was normally €4.30 because they pointed out that it was wrong: three pieces of ginger and 3 lemons. After I tried to contact them again by phone, they just said I don't understand German and hung up the phone
Only go here because there is no other store. The operator is unfriendly and absolutely not helpful. If you ask questions you will be shouted at in “Asian” and people will gesticulate wildly. She prefers to sit on her cell phone with headphones on. Prices are simply changed at checkout. There are some descriptions on the invoice, most of them not what you bought - so you can't understand what cost what.
If this wasn't the only Asian store in Ansbach, I would never go shopping here. The price labeling is extremely confusing. The price tags are in completely different places compared to the products. Only at the checkout do you find out how much something costs or what price the owner thinks of at the moment. The store is simply ripping off customers.
