Good italian kitchen and very friendly staff!

Ordered food home today. The pizza was ok. The two dishes with schnitzel are spoiled. We had already ordered there once and the bruschetta was fermented and the tiramisu tasted old. Then I thought "Ok, it can happen." They received compensation back then. And now this! We will notify the health department.

A trattoria in Oschersleben, Saxony-Anhalt. What can you expect? A good 4.0 rating from Google led me there. My assessment in flashlights: Prices: very cheap to cheap. (To be clear: that's exactly what you get). Performance, i.e. the food itself: Well, trattoria isn't a restaurant either, but there is still a lot of potential for improvement, towards a trattoria. Tip: If you order the house dressing for salads, you should also add a portion of fries. The dressing is very reminiscent of simple Dutch-style mayonnaise that drowns the salad in an inflationary way. If you think it's great, including the taste, you've come to the right place. The pizza is below average, rather thick with dough, not a stone oven, made in a pan. Cheese can help, but it doesn't. But the vegetables on it are fresh and not canned. The service is very attentive and friendly. But when you, as a German in Oschersleben, try to “shine” with “Prègo” and other pleasantries that are also on the napkin, it comes across as a bit silly rather than skillful. you try hard, but the end result is not satisfactory. When we visited with 4 people, we were able to sit outside. Unfortunately, the stones from the parasol were not laid flush with the other stones, so my chair always wobbled. But for food. The onion soup looked modest and tasted like Maggi's out of the bag. The herb butter was rancid and the pizza rolls tasted like yeast rolls without any flavor. My fear that the pizza bases would taste the same were fulfilled. In short... no, that was nothing.
