Had the California burger, absolutely top notch. One of the better burgers I’ve had, all ingredients were fresh and delicious. Tater tots and fries were great as well. They come with sides of their own house sauce that is delicious. If you want a burger in the Kihei area you have to come here, best by far.

Absolutely obsessed with their burgers. Always good and really appreciate them having gluten free buns for me and beyond burger for my veggie friends. Just simple, straight up solid good food! Met the owner once too, he was super nice and gifted my some sweet potatoes fries and totally made my day. Highly recommend!

Bomb burgers and ono grindz for a great price.. I had the local tsunami.. spam and egg burger and the sauce made a great flavor combination. Also had their notcho bacon tots, which were excellent. Definitely going to be the go to place when I have that burger craving. Mahalo Nui!

We were hoping to try a great Maui burger. Tsunami’s was rated well so we made the drive over. Although the hours state 11am-8pm every day, they were closed on a Tuesday at noon, the peak of lunch time. While I understand Covid may have effected their hours, there’s a worker shortage, etc., it would be great to have any sort of signage up “Sorry, new reduced hours!” Or even “we apologize, we are out for the day.” Nothing, just a closed window. Short of the employees having to rush out for a family emergency, I’m guessing they just don’t really care if they have customers or not, hence the 1 star. Should the owner reply that there was a legitimate emergency that left the place vacant, we will update our review. We went right around the corner to Peggy’s. They used fresh, never frozen real Maui beef and we had the experience we were looking for. If anyone else runs into what we did, Peggy’s is less than a minute drive away - highly recommend!

The cheese burger that we ordered was big, juice but a little plain. We also ate the bacon tater tots and those were super plain, thet need more cheese and they didn't put any sauce so definitely not good. Prices are nit that bad, we paid 20 for the burger, tater tots and two kirland water bottles. Maybe we can try another items in the menu so we can add more starts to the review.
