I hope they have a new cook. My cheeseburger sub was dry and almost burnt black. They sent this order out like this! I wanted a 50% discount on my next order. They refused. The message was relayed to me that 10% was the best they could do. Most places would have volunteered to replace the food free of charge; so much for good business ethics. They lost a good customer.

I arrived at the Jackson Park Inn last night to find the hotel restaurant was closed. The front desk recommended Tuscano Pizza since they deliver. The spaghetti and meatballs, side salad, and garlic bread were a wonderful option. A pleasant and courteous young lady delivered the food in less than 30 minutes. Thank you to the staff for the great food and quick delivery. Thumbs up to the hotel staff for the recommendation.

Have gotten the lunch sub fries and drink a few times for my husband and myself we ordered pick up both times and actually was surprised by how nice the young lady was that took our order. I often have a lot of add this and remove that...in which she read order back twice to ensure that she wrote everything down correctly. Food was fresh hot and very tasty for what it was. The lunch menu is such a great price. 15$ for two sub trays with fries drinks and tip.
