University Laundry & Cleaners is a clean, well kept establishment, great customer service and our business attire always comes back to us perfectly washed & pressed... There is always someone in the front to take care of your clothing needs and there machines are the best in town. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Only reason I went here tonight to do my laundry was because my usual one was packed - I paid twice the amount that I do elsewhere! Also, when I went to use the bathroom, the new male worker there unlocked the door while I was in there. When I came out, he didn't even apologize. He just said, " nobody is allowed to use the bathrooms anymore". Like really?? People are there for hours sometimes! Cant even use the restroom?? Then the one bathroom had a sign on it.. employee's only, but the one I went in for bit have a sign. The guy said, will you should if known by looking at the sign on the other door. Like huh?? Perhaps you should have a sign on BOTH doors! On top of it their sale of single garbage bags went up from a quarter a piece to .75 so yeah, there you have it folks. Definitely would not recommend.

University G Cleaners in Las Cruces is a gem of a small business. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Their customer service is top-notch, making you feel like more than just a customer. The quality of their dry cleaning services is excellent, and the attention to detail is commendable. Overall, a great local business that adds warmth to the community.

The service here is phenomenal. Jose is the man here. Right when I walked in welcomed me and explained the differences from all the different washers, how efficient the front loaders are verses the top single loaders, and how I would get the best bang for my buck. As I did my laundry, he was very friendly with everyone else coming in and just a super humble guy. He even was training his co worker Stewart and just the way he treats his colleagues with such patience and kindness. Overall the machines here are good and dryers work well. Felt like what normally takes me 2 hours for 5 loads only took me less than an hour. Def recommend this place for anyone!

This place is ridiculous. I spent twice as much there. Then I do at the laundry mat on Espina. Your not allowed to use the restroom. The employee literally walked in on my wife while she was using it. Only one door was marked employees only. So we thought it was ok to use the other one. I will never go here again. It was a complete rip off. I would give zero stars if I could. I will never go here again.
