Absolutely love the girls at Venus. they've been doing my nails for a few months now and are reliable and consistent. Their pedicures are fabulous and I get my nails filled every other week.Prices are more than fair and the salon has a quiet and calm feeling. Thank you ladies

This place is great ! We called an hour and a half before closing and the manager was still able to take myself my mom and sister for gel pedicures! She was able to take care of all three of us on her own and she did a fabulous job !! My camera doesn’t do the work justice but I absolutely LOVE my pedi ! She was so nice and welcoming and had no problems helping all three of us while still providing one of the best acts of customer service I have received! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for great services and friendly faces !!

They were overpriced and chunky and the nail tech put a sticker on my nails then pained over it and immediately after it was cured the sticker started lifting. Also no cuticle prep was involved at all. Overall wouldn’t go agian but at least the tech was nice ???????????

The wait wasn't bad, they took me right away. That's where the good experience tapered off COMPLETELY for a regular polish manicure. I was attended by 2 technicians- the first 1 could not cut my nails the same size, or even shape. Some were square, some were round. I let it blow over as I hoped it wouldn't be very noticeable after polishing. The 2nd technician in charge of polish & additional designs was attending me and another customer simultaneously. I had zero issue with this, neither of us rushed her, but she acted so stressed & so pressured, she had to remove all the polish and start over on a design she messed up. Her vibes made me feel kind of sorry for this employee. Perhaps the management is mistreating the staff. Either way, the quality of her designs was poor, & the materials as well: I've been getting polish manicures for years, and they typically last 5 -7 days before chipping, 7-11 days if you clear coat them at home occasionally. These chipped the next day. I give 2 stars for efforts, but cannot ever return.
