Thank you Erica and Vic's Body Shop for getting my car back right before the holidays. The car looks immaculate. You guys were super accommodating and helpful. I received the best service in the automotive industry. Danielle and Lisa kept me in the loop with weekly email updates and extended themselves to get me situated. My car was taken here after an accident I had 5 months ago and it’s still in the shop. It is impossible to get ahold of anybody and their voicemail box is always full. I haven’t gotten any real updates about my car, and there isn’t an estimated time for it to be done… after 5 months. I don’t recommend this place.

Can't say enough about this place. Amazing service with amazing and friendly staff. You walk in you're family kind of atmosphere. Their work is top notch and done with the most care and concern. If you're thinking of stopping in just do it! You won't be displeased. CIA Performance (in the back) got my truck running like never before. I will be a Vic's/CIA customer for life
