They are lucky I couldnt give them 0 stars!! So disappointed, my partner and I have gone there as they are at the top of my road, and the service is atrocious! So rude! Especially to my partner, their is one lady that works there who is nice, but the rest of them are shockingly rude, all that was asked if to mix the bacon Mayo and chicken together, luckily the nice lady that served my partner said yes, but her angry co worker said “I don’t know why your even doing that, I always say no” and proceeded to repeat it another 2 times. We will never go back to this place, but luckily we have found the sandwich shack in westgate and they are friendly and the food is amazing!!

My favourite sandwich shop in Thanet! Admittedly, I have the same sandwich every time but that's because it's so delicious. I think it's the coleslaw that makes all the difference. I've got a lot of time for the staff. They do like a good banter and will build a rapport if you give them an opportunity.

I've been generous here by giving it a 1 star but as always gossip travels faster then the wind so by listening to this gossip I thought I'll give it a try as I heard some nice things. And all honestly all I wanted was a sandwich and if I asked the lady behind the counter to do something the look she gave me was like I was a piece of dog mess. The customer service was like two daleks serving me. Wasn't happy and would never go back may the force be with yo because you need it
