Angie is an angel!! She was so pleasant and helpful. I had a horrible time with my clothes after the hot water tank exploded and she loaned me some vinegar to get the smell out and just from start to finish went about and beyond helping me with everything and saving the day! Will come back here from now on the prices are reasonable and less the the closet competition. Machines are working and clean and I highly recommend using this laundry Matt. I also saw how much care and detail she was taking. With she drop off orders and I would use her drop office service too.

I got there @630 nobody there but other people washing clothes. An incident happened where I put $20 in the change machine and it didnt give me any quarters nor did it give me my money back. There is no phone number post in the building in case there is a problem with any of the machines. I looked them up on google found a phone number called the number multiple for over an hour an no one picks up. Another incident happened that the machine just stopped working in the middle of a cycle….. did the same procedure an there is never an answer nor do they call you back to resolve an issue. My experience @ this laundry mat is getting for bad to worst…. :The Change machine takes your money. :The washing machines stops in the middle of your cycle and doesn’t restart. Don’t get me started about the bathroom that the toilet over flows from time to time,takes long to fill back up and have low pressure water in the sink.

I have been coming to the laundromat for 4 years. The staff is great! The laundromat itself is starting to go downhill. Prices have gone up recently which is understandable, but not when you can't get hot water except in the morning which I was told and you pay more for it. Dryers are breaking down fixed yet theystill done dry properly ( I avoid #24- for that reason) today I went to do my laundry and I was told that she's washing out cuz some of the washers are stopped working in the middle of a cycle. Well figures but mine did and she had to start the whole thing over again which means I have to spend another half an hour here. After waiting for the cycle to process it stopped again. I was told probably sand is backed up in the system, etc... I had my wash put in a different washer and had to start the cycle all over again-3Rd time! Out of order signs are now being put on washers! The owner needs to maintain his laundromat better, put some money into it. It really is unacceptable for washers not to have hot water to keep breaking down and dryers not working properly. There have been other issues but it's gotten worse lately. This place used to be five stars but not anymore. It is not the fault of the staff they have to work with it and I do feel bad for them. Get this place up to standard. Thank you!

I am new to using a laundry mat. The ladies that work here are absolutely awesome! Not too expensive. Very accommodating. I was able to wash all of my linens including my comforter in one load! The dryers dry very quickly even for heavy clothes like jackets and jeans. I was even able to wash all my pet beds. I was able to do 5 large loads of laundry wash and dry in 2hours! (Including hanging and folding!) Open 24 hours for those of us that have to squeeze laundry in whenever they can...not when they want to!

Opened 24 hrs. Is great opportunity.. the cost to wash, an dry is cheap. Close to where I live is a plus. The lady that works there is a very nice lady. The music that she plays makes it inviting!
