Good oldskool greasy spoon cafe. Efficient table service, polite staff - not much conversation probably due to it being busy most of the time. Very popular with locals. Plenty enough to choose from menu. Food and drink service quick, and, above all, good quality. Not humongous portions but plenty enough, unless you're a hungry builder from the 90s! Reasonably priced too. Seating comfortable, and not cramped. Could definitely do with improvement in ventilation/extraction. I completely wreaked of greasy fry up kitchen for rest of the day! All in all, can't really go wrong here, if you don't mind smelling of fry up afterward.

Great value, and excellent quantity for the price! Nothing wrong with the service, but nothing exceptional. Atmosphere was ok, and the local art society artworks on the walls was a nice touch.

Anytime I am in Ruislip definitely always visit Vito's. This is a proper cafe, with proper food, at proper prices. Quality breakfasts. Good selection of food and very good service. Highly recommend popping in here for a no frills food visit

I've been here before. They have great food and it is a very nice and cosy venue. This time the service wasn't as great as normal, I don't understand why. And a bit cold for the weather outside, we had to keep the winter jackets on.

Nice place for traditional breakfast & lunches. Polite & courteous staff. Will go back soon. Went back a week later for lunch & was very impressed. Good food, extensive menu, very reasonably priced. Family run business..
