Worse experience, the lamp the lady was using clearly was not working properly. One day later my nails are already peeling out, they are uneven. 45 dollars for a job I could have done better on my own

When I walked into the nail salon yesterday I felt pampered. These woman took well care of me. Followed my direction of how I wanted my nails. And they did them perfect. My nails look amazing. I would highly recommend. Thank u to Vo's nails for doing such a good job yesterday. ????

Disappointment. The lady lookd at my nails & couldnt see why its not a good job, she said she'll fix it with new nail polish she says the color was the issue but Ill leave photos of the before & after. Its not the color, its either older technicians who lost passion or just needs more training. The attitude was worse, the staff were not even apologetic.

Got a mani and pedi with the 50 dollar spa treatment. They clearly talk about you right in front of you and look at you with disdain depending on how you look. They put some stuff on my feet that dried out my feet and clearly didn't get no massaging of my legs or anything worth 50 spa treatment. My feet are still dry ???? I don't like to leave negative reviews but I want others to save their money.

Worst place to take 2 young girls for their first experience at a nail salon. I won’t bother with the details but neither tech did a very good job and the one actually tried to blame it on my daughter because “that’s what she wanted” ok I guess I need some details…it’s Christmas and my daughter asked for a French manicure with one solid white and one snowflake design…her French manicure is regular tips and her solid white is the bright white so it looks completely off. Full of air bubbles and there’s even a couple sharp parts on the top of her nails. I fee like they took advantage of doing a lazy job because I went shopping while they “got pampered”????
