Im not one to comment on places but this place.. Horrible horrible experience idk why this place is still opened the lady in front is the one to do nails her names GIA , i told her what i wanted first, she was burning my real nails with that electric thing they use I told her she didn't care or stop, then she put my nails on and did them super fast which some of them are sideways, then she made me pay not even half way through charged Extra when i didnt even get Gel nails. So she finished my nails super fast didn't care and cut with the buffer. THEN I got my eyebrows waxed and she burnt all my skin around eyebrows with the wax didn't blow on it or nothing to cool down . I did not tip her..Now 2 days later and the glue is starting to come off around nails a waste of $45 for them to look very UGLY not even close to what i want .. very rude people there all she wanted to do was get done so she can go sit her a** and be on the phone. Didn't even say thank you when I was walkingout. Never again the BBB should get involved in this place.

Was supposed to get dip powder and instead they used acrylic. My nails came out very ugly. Guy was rude and seemed like he did not want to do my nails. Told the lady at the counter that they were ugly she didn’t care. I did not tip since my nails were so ugly and poorly done. But when I checked my bank statement they had added 13 dollars to my bill. Everyone needs to make sure you keep your receipt and check how much they charge. What they did was fraud.

HORRIBLE SERVICE even the lines for the white are all uneven and most of them don’t come all the way around to the other side of the nail (line a french tip should) she rushed the whole thing. I could have gotten this french tip done better by a 4 year old.

Always a great experience my go-to nail salon.

Horrible rushed service, only 2 techs and several people waiting, the tech I had was rushing through my service, my nails were very poorly done, she slapped acrylic and didn't even file or shaped them in any way and proceeded to put my gel with no base coat, then polish was all over my cuticles
