Been here a couple of months and love it!! Cathy and Linda are awesome. Always welcoming. The neighbors are friendly. The hallways are always very clean. Maintenance is quick to respond. The neighbors are very kind and respectful. Lots of working families and elderly here. Have had my door decorations up for a while, no one's touched them. This place is very well take care of. My son and I are so happy here!

Lived here for 9 years and it has always been great, I grew up here. Maintenance workers are new and great people. The office does great work, and the pool and gym are great too. Would give more stars if I could.

This place is terrible. I spoke to several tenants who feel that management is very cheap and don't want to pay for the facilities they promise them while renting. The manager follows around your guests and demands to know who they are, who there Visiting and why, and how long (even though they were buzzed in) , children of course are not allowed to be outside unsupervisor and it's a violation for a 14 yearold to walk to the car alone or take the trash out because that's a violation. If you get it sick and have to call an ambulance you get written up for disturbing the peace. Those are just some of the things that I've seen and it's disgusting

Wakefield Place, is a great place to live. Usually 100% occupied. There are 175 apartments, 45 units are set aside for moderate income. There are many professional people working, corporate units and many people who are retired, selling their homes, calling Wakefield Place home for 20 plus years. The community is well rounded and well maintained. It has recently gone non-smoking and does not allow pets. There are simple rules, pay your rent on time, respect thy neighbor and keep a nice neat clean home. Person who visit and don't respect the residents or the property, may find themselves corrected.

My mother-in-law lives here on the assisted side, and she really likes it. There are events going on all the time, the staff is wonderful, and the facility is clean, bright, well lit, and friendly.
