Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly rotated my tires and aligned my wheels. Price was fair and they didn't try to upcharge me for steering components I didn't need like many other place have tried in the past.

Just went in to this shop in an emergency (as I am not from around here and was only passing through the area in the process of moving from Oklahoma to Florida) when my van started overheating (and kept overheating). The people at Wallace Service were so friendly and helped me out tremendously and they did so in an immediate fashion. The problem has been found and fixed and I will now (Thanks to their kindness, expertise, and professionalism) make it in time for my youngest daughter’s first play…. And that is an opportunity I will never get again. If I am ever passing this way again I will stop in to say “Hi” to them anytime and if I were to live in the area, this would be the only place I would take my cars….. Great People!! Great Service!! Went by early on a Saturday morning to have a flat tire patched. Was in and out in under 20 minutes for less than $15. Great service.

Excellent service center. Never had any issues with them. Been bringing vehicles for about 16 years now.

Was told they could do a job for us, even gave us a price. Called to check on vehicle to be told they couldn't order the parts. After the vehicle sitting in their lot for over a month! We went to Oriellys and bought the parts and had the vehicle fixed in a couple hours. Cost me $125 to fix something they told me would cost over $1,000. Our whole family uses Wallace's, but I can guarantee I will never use them again nor tell anyone anything good about them. Also, they left the keys in the ignition with the car unlock...for a month!
