Worst place to visit . Avoid at any cost ! First and foremost we arrive at the location with appointments in hand. Appointment is at 3:50. When we arrive there was a long line wrapped around the reception desk, so we go to a reception whom isn’t doing anything to advise her that we had an appointment, so do we have to wait on the same line. She states yes you have to wait in the line to register , mind you we have been there multiple times and all they needed was my medical card to put my name. We waited on the line along with everyone else for 30 min , just to be registered. Mind you our app was at 3:50 and it’s is now 4:20. Upon finally getting to the receptionist, for her to go ahead and take the id and say you have to be seated and wait. There were about 50 people sitting in a cramped waiting area, adults with newborns as well. I asked the lady how long does she believe it will take for our turn as we had an appointment she advised us 30min. Okay we waited. As the room was a small area, we made small talk to strangers , to only find out some of these strangers have been there since 10am and still have not been seen. I was in utter shock ! It is now 4:40pm ! I asked the lady how much longer, to be only answered with attitude after attitude from all employees that I must just sit and wait. People Waiting there bound to get sicker than they already are. We waited and waited, it is now 6:15pm. We were escorted to an empty room, that was dirtier than I have ever seen. Trash in the floor from previous patient etc. As we wait in the room with the door wide open there are other patients in front of our room door, talking and having full blown conversations. Finally a nurses Aide arrives and asks the reason for us coming . We advised her the reasons he takes the necessary information and comes back with vaccines filled with medications and leaves it in the office right on top of the desk - unsafe & unsanitary! Doctor enters the room at 6:45pm to ask the reason provides the medications and exits the room! This is by far the worse experience I have ever encountered. I will no longer be going there with my family and advise anyone with little ones, please avoid at any cost . He must be a good doctor, but by the time you see the doctor your whole day it finished. Be prepared to wait for hours before being seen !!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. It seems like it's designed for aimless time-wasting. If you have free time to spare, you might consider visiting. However, my experience involved being asked to yield my place in line to others arbitrarily and being placed at the back of the queue. I strongly advise against visiting. I came at 10 and waited in line for 30 min then to see a doctor another 4 hrs like I can see god by then.

Gotta to be one of worst places in all of Toronto. Made a simple call, and the receptionist was was so rude, didn't allow me to speak, and all she kept saying was.. "I'm reception.. Need come see doctor" "need come see doctor, I cannot answer question" Seriously.. Are you kidding! Your Whole job requires you to ANSWER Questions.. Laughable!!!

Absolute worst clinic. I came in at 10:45am and registered. I was told to come back in an hour and id be seen right away. I was back by 11:40 and told that the doc already called me. Then she came back and said there’s an appointment and then I’d be called. 12:45pm and still no sign of the doctor. A nurse (I think) came in and asked me “what’s your question?” No hello, no greeting, no eye contact. These doctors need some retraining on patient etiquette. If you’re coming here make sure you have an entire day available

If i could give 0 stars i would! Absolutely worst customer service from the receptionists. I have never seen worse. Over the phone multiples times and in person disgusting service from these unprofessional unqualified receptionists. I was booking my appointment over the phone today for myself despite being aware of their customer service because my mom visits the doctors, however ill make sure neither me or her visit their clinic anymore.
