This place looks like it’s part graveyard for old dead equipment and laundromat. Half the machines are out of order and one of the large dryers said for me to check the lint trap even though it was clean. They only accept quarters in the machines but do have two change machines on site which means they could run out of quarters.

Great laundromat. The machines are new and work well, the laundry is done fast, and it comes out of the dryer completely dry - more than I can say for most of my at-home machines. Seating is reasonably comfortable. Recommend downloading the payment app and bringing your own detergent if you don't tend to carry cash.

I was searching for a laundromat to do a huge amount of moldy/mildewy laundry yesterday evening from leaks in our home during the storms - after a long day at work. Found Wash & Fold with a CVS to buy detergent next door. Went to the back where the large washers are and downloaded the pay app. Loaded up all the clothes and set everything the way I wanted and paid. Nothing happened. I was so exhausted from working all day long and this long evening of icky clothes washing that I blew up - saying out loud to myself I'm NEVER coming here again. A woman in the place heard me and said I should call the posted number - that they always honor their customers. I tried again with the machine and it worked this time (it was probably a mistake of mine in the first place). Called the number and left a message explaining what happened. The LOVELY owner contacted me this morning by both text and phone call. Was able to check the pay app and see that I paid twice. He refunded my money to Venmo - wait, it gets better - I mistyped my email address for the refund, so he sent it to the wrong person. I thanked him profusely and told him not to worry about it - my mistake and I very much appreciated his effort. He insisted, figured out how to retrieve the original payment, and refunded to my correct email address. I HIGHLY recommend this laundromat. It is very rare that you receive such wonderful customer service. P.S. All went smoothly after that - washers worked fine and dryers are amazing. Huge thanks to Wash and Fold and Willis! I'm a regular now!

Is this the place I went to? Across from Rainbow Donuts and near an El Patio restaurant? It was pretty good. Some machines didn't work but the service ladies sorted everything out kindly. Great staff. Well maintained bathroom. Spacious tables.

Does this place intentionally play Kenny G's "Going Home" when it's about to close? There's a baffling association between the feeling of wanting to pack up and leave with the song in Hong Kong and China (because it's played whenever public places close) and I was amused to hear it here when I stayed a couple minutes past closing. Actual review on this place: Pros: doesn't kick you out right at 10pm, the machines work, and it's across the street from Safeway Cons: pretty much cash only, it can have sketchy people
