Went on Monday and paid the $12 wash. The soap barely came out. It skipped a step and the spot free rinse was plugged and non existent. I called immediately and left a voicemail. The message says they will call back promptly. This never happened and I have now left two messages and received no callback. This is terrible service and unacceptable. I will not be using this service anymore.

Purchase Issue- Purchased the deluxe package for $12, Asked me if I wanted a receipt, said yes - did not get receipt. How do I know you provided me with the correct wash, or what if I needed it for refund or damage purposes? THE CAR WASH ITSELF ... While I did not expect perfection from an automatic car wash, or every bug on my car removed, I did expect to NOT have a nasty soap residue or whatever is all over my windows! I chose this car wash because it was convenient location to my route to work. I don't have time to find another car wash to fix the mess you put all over my windows and car! Thanks a lot! ???? NOT worth $12... or $1 in my opinion.

Pulled into use the south wash bay. Paid our money no issues UNTIL we pulled in, undercarriage wash stopped half way in, the wash cycle sucks it just barely got the left side of truck clean, the right side had streaks of soap, the spot free rinse didn't cover everything. Then the drier stopped blowing after 10 seconds.. we've called and left messages but NO response!! Will not be using it again!! This is the second time we've had issues.

Second time in a month that my wife has taken her bronco sport to the automatic wash and it has failed to wash correctly first time water was barely come out this time did not rinse so we have to do at home not to happy at the moment

1st bay I was in...my card wouldn't work. Had to move to a different one. But it did clean my car well.
