I have always thought Wet Willie’s is worthy of 5 stars and have been a loyal customer since they opened years ago. Yesterday I came in for an $11 car wash, however, I was told because I drive an SUV, I must pay for the $14 Supreme wash as their new policy of 11/23 states “any SUV or full size vehicle must pay the higher service.” I drive a Ford Escape which is considered a “crossover” SUV, equivalent to a regular sedan and not an oversized SUV vehicle such as a Denali, Tahoe, Explorer, etc. The decision on what to charge a customer should be based on the GVW/size and not the style of the vehicle. Bad business decision on the part of Wet Willie’s-plenty of competition out there that will welcome my little crossover SUV!

This car wash never gets my car clean. I have to go over it completely after i have gone through. They do supply hand towels to do that with. Pay $20 for a wash to then do it again by hand is a waste of time and money. It had been a few years since i had last been there, so i was hoping things had gotten better. Nope, why are they still open?

As a carwash operator, this Carwash did a great job on wash my truck while I was out of town. Got most of the bugs off, truck came out nice and clean!! Free vacuums a plus.

Top car wash in Redmond, they give you a good scrub before you enter the wash and have towels to borrow to dry your car off when out. Vacuums are free and their car accessory vending machines are always well stocked. The business is very well maintained!
