I had a blast at Wide Open, the dive bar located on Spadina Avenue. My friends and I decided to pop in around 1 AM on a Friday night, and boy, were we in for a treat! The bar was packed with people, and the energy in the place was infectious. The vibe was simply amazing, and the music selection was on point. The staff at Wide Open were incredibly friendly and added to the already fantastic atmosphere. Their warm demeanor made us feel right at home, and it was evident that they genuinely cared about making sure everyone was having a great time. The only minor drawback was that the bar is quite narrow, making it a little challenging to navigate when it's packed. But honestly, it didn't detract from the overall experience. If you're in the Spadina Avenue area, I highly recommend checking out Wide Open. The fantastic music, friendly staff, and vibrant atmosphere make it a must-visit spot for a fun night out. Just be prepared for the crowd, and you're in for an unforgettable time.

A great little hole in the wall dive bar. Drinks are pretty cheap ($5 pints), but used to be way cheaper. Still it’s a great vibe, bartenders are awesome and you’ll feel like a local.

Wide open has alwayse been a preferred hidden treasure of mine on Spadina. My bartender tonight has alwayse been kind and attentive. Highly recommend this spot for everyone who needs a fast affordable night on the town. Will return repeatedly.

Great place to watch a Raptors game if you get a chance to sit haha. Super Cheap beer @ 16 bucks a pitcher which serves 3 glasses. - Stout (amber ) or Blonde :8 Good music, well maintained washrooms. This is really a good place to chill out of you start at 6 ! Hard to get a place to sit post 8 ! Reply love the shadyness and the raw feel of this place. No food it's BYOF ! Get a pizza from 2 shops down or order from uber eats ! Just inform the server ;) Love this place ?? This is my second time here ??

Awful service!!!! The Colombian bartender was so rude. I been there to ask for a beer and she told me straight if you don’t give me tips I will not give it to you!! (She told me in rude voice!) I told her, I’m Canadian Citizen, so I know my rules, if you serve in a proper way I’ll give it to you the 30% if not just the 15% by law. She was so bossy and told me to get off for her store. I don’t recommend this place.
