I USED to recommend Wildwood Truck wash. $300.00 and well over an hour. When I asked the lady inside why it was taking so long she went out and asked. The 'owner' became combative and threatening towards me. They did NOT finish the job, left soap and dirt all over the rig. Just to be clear we were here for almost 2 hours! The truck was in the bay over an hour and after the lady went up to the guy instead of a conversation he verbally attacked me and didn't complete the job!!! You lost at least 1 client. I would like to add the OWNER SPRAYED SOAP ON THE RIG AS WE PULLED OUT AFTER HE DEMANDED WE LEAVE!

Absolute joke of a wash. It literally looked better before the wash. Went for a refund and was told they don’t do refunds. He said “pull it back around and let us make it right.” Absolutely no way I was about to let them touch my truck again. DO NOT waste your time and hard earned money.

TRASH!!! absolutely TRASH!!! took over an hour of being in the washbay. A blind monkey can wash better than this! $130 for a less than blue beacon result! I always thought you all were a place people go to get their truck washed and done right. Never again!

My wait was very short today (Saturday). They spent about 20 minutes scrubbing and spraying, and said my RV was ready. As I was pulling forward through the bay to leave, the supervisor stopped me and had me back up. The crew had missed the back, and the mirrors, and they spent another 20 minutes scrubbing much harder in several areas. I was surprised they critiqued their own work. I had noticed one employee kind of dragging his feet on the vehicle in front of me, but they went over that vehicle 5 or 6 times. Anyway, it was refreshing to see that they took the wash job seriously enough to do it right. Their equipment cannot do the top of your RV. Cost for my 23ft Motorhome was $60 cash. It would have taken me hours to do it myself. Total time at the wash was about 40 to 50 minutes.

The first thing I'm told is that they're short-handed today. I ask for an estimate, the guy sends me to the office, before I get to the office a girl asks if she can help me, I ask, how much for an RV, she says, you need to ask the guy in blue (washing trucks) I said they sent me to the office. She said, we can wash it for $100 cash, $120 on a card.. That's more than I've ever paid to have my rig washed. While sitting in line, I start reading the reviews. I quickly decided to get the heck out of there just based on the reviews. 40 miles south I found a Blue Beacon.
