I just recently visited this location. Where I sat for almost an hour waiting on a very simple order. Many more customers came in after me and were able to leave with their orders but left me sitting. The whole kitchen staff left, and they tried to give me someone’s order that nobody claimed. I respectfully asked about my order 3 times where the cashier said “it’s not ready yet.” over and over. Then they came to find that my order was never even sent to the kitchen after I was given my change back with no receipt or buzzer. This really ruined my night, i’d been at work all day so i understand being ready to go but this service was truly unacceptable.

Great food but the service form the young black lady is garbage make you never wanna spend your money in there.

First and last time going there!!! I order Barbecue Wings Tha Sauce Was Horrible i went back on tha inside and asked for Plain Wings they told me i couldn’t exchange which was weird so i ask for my money back!! Only n Town for tha weekend!!

I went end and the taste is way different they have the some of the people that work in the hueytown wing spot there did they sell it

That's the owner... The food is good, but the reason for the bad review... Is how she just TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUED a CUSTOMER. And how the OWNER TOTALLY BELITTLE THE CUSTOMER after she walked out the store. The customers only asked for fresh fries and for the life of me. The owner just felt the need to Cut Someone down. This is totally uncalled for. And I definitely won't be back.
