Three days before the practice closed in July, I had an urgent problem. I was told there was no appointment available so I said I would arrange it with someone else as my issue was urgent (since they would be closed for two weeks). The receptionist told me that she couldn't exchange my IUD if I went to someone else. I was left without a gynecologist because I wanted to solve an urgent problem during her vacation! I don't think that would happen if I were German.

Great doctor! I switched to Dr Engel because my old gynecologist retired. I feel very well looked after and comfortable with her and in the entire practice. The whole ambience is right. Miss Dr. Engel has helped me a lot with a number of things, explained them well and the examinations were always careful and painless. Ms. Engel is a very competent doctor who explains every step of her treatment and takes the time to answer all questions and explain them in an understandable way.
