Person at window could not find my reservation that I had made weeks before. Might have something to do with ghe contact high anyone arriving would get from the amount of smoke, permeating the lobby. The room wasn't ready, switched rooms, both were over sprayed with frebreze and neigher TV worked wanting them to sign into the Tv, witch no one was able to do. Just one overhead light. It was visibly clean, it's only positive note. No one was available for checkout. Worst experience ever. Oh yeah mattress was horrible, hurt my back.

Newly renovated! Very comfortable bed, It was quiet and clean. I slept like a baby! Owner is very polite and accommodating. Vending machines and laundry on site. Do not judge a book by it’s cover! The new owners have worked hard to make it very nice.

The pros. Great rate. The cons. Roaches the size of my pinky finger!! We showed the staff and then requested a refund then We quickly gatherered our stuff up and moved on down the road. Thankfully The owner refunded our money instantly with no issues. Definitely do not recommend to anyone that is looking for a bug free stay!!!

The guy said he would give us a good price if we gave him a give review he went out of his way to give us a room but $100 a night I could have stayed in Panama City for that it's 30 minutes from Panama City it's always quiet first time we stay there I had no water the next morning but I decided to give him a try again because I don't like a lot of noise at night and there's definitely no noise there
