i’ve been coming to yours truly for years now and they are my go-to nail salon! Helen does a great job with my sets, she’s very attentive and always cater to how you want your nails to be done. their pricing is fair compared to most salons. a hidden gem in the metro area, love this place!

I’ve been coming this salon monthly since last may for gel extensions. They offer reasonable price and decent service so I was okay when the lengths are different from each other or the shapes are tilted. However, last month when I got my old set removal and got new set, my right thumb was hurting afterwards. Then as it’s growing, the thumb nail seems infected and grew splitting from the cuticle. I could feel my nail had gotten very thin. Yesterday I went to salon and asked about this infection, but the owner said it’s nothing to do with gel extension so not their fault. I don’t know if that’s a true or not but I could say that I never have gotten this kind of splitting nail before ??????? And I decided to get my extensions off so I can go see the doctor. After the procedure, all of my nails are so thin like a paper. Every single nails are hurting when I press it lightly or bump into somewhere. They are so thin that the ends are flipping so easily. As you can see in the picture, the ends of my nails are red(almost transparent too). I have no idea it is because that they do bad removal procedures or the whole time(7-8months) i have been there was wrong. I would never go back.

I did the online booking but still the staff did not know about my appointment. I had to wait for hours for my nails as they were short on staff. Overall experience was not up to the mark as they did my nails very fast. At that moment my nails looked fine but after reaching home, i realized many mistakes.

I came here today September 13 12:00 pm It is my first time doing any nails as I work in the medical field (now on vacation). I got the gel polish and Helen did an amazing job. She copied my reference material easily and she is very nice. For the people saying that they “yell” at costumers. I would say that they are naturally loud. Not rude at all. The google says credit is accepted but in the store there is no Visa or Mastercard. So bring cash or debit to pay.

I absolutely love this place. i've been to a lot of nail salons in the area but i always end up coming back here, and i'm at a point where i feel like there's no reason for me to go anywhere else than here. the place itself is very clean and tidy. the working stations and shelves are organized and you can see the staff constantly cleaning up/sweeping and keeping the place hygienic. the staff is very friendly and it's so easy to book an appointment, even if it's last minute. speaking of staff, *yours truly* Helen is phenomenal in her work. she puts so much care and love into what she does and it shows. i always come to her for acrylic extensions/gel manicure and she takes her time with the shape which i love. very detailed and careful, she also is very gentle with my fingers (and i tend to have a lot of painful bite marks around my nails but she actually makes me totally forget about them!) and does stunning designs. the prices are in my opinion great for what you get. i normally pay around $70-$80 (without tip) for my nails, and it's so worth it considering all the care and artistry that goes into it. overall, i highly recommend this place. absolute queens!
