Unfortunately I’m disappointed with my experience at this hair salon. This was my first time coming here since being new to the area. I showed the hair dresser what I wanted from a photo of ME with my previous hair cut, and told her directly what I was wanting also to confirm so there was no confusion. I didn’t want anything complicated, just wanted shoulder length hair, longer in the front and with bangs. I’ve never been to a hair salon where the hairdresser just decided to not cut my hair in the style I ask. They just never bothered to cut bangs at all for me! Then they tell me my hair cut is done? I ended up with a whole different style, too embarrassed to say anything when I was leaving. My hair was cut much shorter than shoulder length, nearly all the same - no real layers or length in the front, and no bangs cut whatsoever. A completely different haircut than requested. My friends were telling me to call in and get you guys to fix it, but come on, if I show a photo of myself and tell you what I want directly and you just don’t do it, then what am I to expect next time. For a lot of people getting a haircut is a major thing and I can see why when you go to a salon and they do something completely different from what you ask. Makes me nervous about returning here for a haircut :( I wasn’t going to leave a review, but it’s been on my mind because I’ve never had such a bad experience before at a salon, and I was expecting more considering the ratings for this place.

She was kind and took me in on short notice but I had to go to angry bear in st Thomas the next day asked for a fade there wasn’t one and my hair was all patchy angry bear fixed everything unfortunately cost me 60 all together with having to get it fixed
