Excellent service on my wife’s BMW thanks for the great service and getting it back in time for the holidays.

I have been a customer of this repair shop for at least 8 years and I have always been pleased with the service. I moved out of the area and still continue to take my vehicle to this shop for routine oil changes and all repairs. I highly reccomend this business and have never had a bad expierence.

Last week my work van stalled out on me but I was able to finish my day up and ended up at a close friends home in regent park. That's when it was done lol. My friend Thom helped me figure out that it was either the fuel pump or the mess of wiring under the van. Both were to much for us to tackle out in the street! I put up a post for recommendations from friends from my ward here on Facebook and Laurie Cabaniss Lewis steadfastly recomme ded Carolina Car Care in Chester. I called and spoke to Darryl who said he could Tow it and replace the pump (which requires lowering the big gas tank underneath) for at least half what all local garages quote as I just called or walked in. So I asked him to please arrange it. Darryl sent a driver and car hauler up to fort mill and towed it to the shop in Chester and called me the next day saying... It is fixed and it wasn't as pricey as I thought that he replaced the corroded wiring and harness and all else was fine. This now meant that the repair was so affordable and what I would consider a blessing! 40 minute tow from Ft. Mill to Chester and complete repair a little over 250$! From the moment I got him on the phone Darryl treated me like a VIP and was prompt and courteous. I never met or saw any of them until I arrived to pick up my van as they even came and towed it in my absence from Thoms house. I am so very thankful to Laurie for recommending Darryl and Carolina Car Care and I now have my #1 goto mechanic and garage. I would highly recommend them especially if you are in a bind and worrying about who to trust and have confidence in! On a side note... while I was there I noticed that they are a full service repair and tire shop and also repair wrecked autos as well. The also have a selection of repaired rebuilt late model cars as they take lightly damaged vehicles and replace the damaged parts and put them up for sale. I saw 6 great 2005 - 2016 cars and SUVs that were well below any used dealers and nice.
