Hough Green Garage Ltd Chester

Car got stuck in gear today whilst in Chester City Center. After going through breakdown, the scheduled time was 12.15, but Craig from Hough Green Garage came out at 11.30! The car was in a awkward position, but Craig was great and got the car back to my house in very quick time. The best part was rather than leaving straight away after recovering the car, he took a few minutes to see if he could help further and he actually managed to fix the car by getting the disconnected gear linkage back into where it should go. Please pass on my thanks to Craig as he went the extra mile!

Had Paul recover my vehicle today following on from an engine failure. He was friendly and polite and turned up within the hour. Great service!

The call out bloke arrived on time, and was polite, courteous and very helpful. Got me up and running in no time. Would highly recommend. Thank you very much for your help.
