The best place to stop and get my morning cupa. I try and bring my own cup because I appreciate their discount/acknowledgment of how much single use waste in Placer County impacts the future sustainable development. They offer better pricing and roast in a state park a mile down the road so that’s cool. A small locally owned and operated cafe that is really comfy.
I still have the taste of burnt dark roast coffee in my mouth. We got the cold brew and cappuccino- both which were the same coffee but different temperature and in different cups. The cappuccino consisted of 80% whipped foam poured on top. The avocado toast was the cheap guacamole from Safeway on a burnt piece of bread. Go to Fullers or Safeway next door and get coffee from the fridge.
Normally this place is good but I got a terrible latte today. I disnt taste it until I was driving away otherwise I would have asked for a new one. It tasted like that last burnt cup of gritty coffee from a percolator that had been plugged in all day.
