For value, beats Swiss Chalet for Rotisserie Chicken! We visited for the first time and would return—the value is great and the food is good. Located inside a bus terminal, it’s strictly a take-out location for us. My chicken meal was well packed (binder twined shut!) for take-out. The poutine uses chicken gravy, which might be different than the classic gravy you’d be expecting. Perhaps not unexpected for its location, the restaurant is also full of items you’d expect in a convenience store: chips, pop, snacks.
Their poutine is amazing! Some of the best I've ever had. Generous portion (picture: regular size), fresh fries, ooey gooey cheese curds, and tasty gravy (not too salty and doesn't overpower the cheese).
Stopped there with my bus and we only had about 7 minutes there so i got something ready to eat. My dry, basic, turkey croissant was 9$. They know people don't have time so they overprice their ready to go food. Not worth it. If you get the actualy meals maybe, if you're in a rush don't bother...
