I hate to drop my 5 star review down to a 3 star but if you advertise you open at 10 am please don't make me stand outside for 10 solid minutes. I showed up a couple minutes before they opened planning to blow some money on Valentines gifts for my wife and children. The staff is usually great but they didn't have their act together today. They came to door and said they would open in a couple minuets. At 10:03 they came to the door again and said it would be "just like 1 more minute". At 10:10 I finally just left. ??????????? Not sure why they wouldn't open the door and take my money lol. Oh well I'll give them another chance sometime maybe. They are normally very friendly and accommodating, even letting me shop until after they were officially closed one time.

I wish I could give no stars for this nonsense. I remember when horsefeathers opened . And went in with my mom and family throughout the years . Teacher gifts, nutcracker gifts, Christmas gifts ect. BEWARE TO ALL …. Don’t go in there in any sort of horror shirt of hoodie. Also don’t go in if you don’t have makeup on or your hair done . Don’t go if you have a broken nose or any kind of splint or tape holding your said injury together. I ran in for a Christmas gift for my mom. I was polite I didn’t act shady all I did was shop and grab what I needed and again was polite to the cashier . The store was busy and it’s funny because I was there the night before. Asking who needed gift wrapping and I did yet the cashier took one look at me stuck her nose up and asked people behind me if they needed gift wrapping. I can wrap my own gifts but it would have saved me lots of time and I was more then willing to wait because hey it’s the holidays but nope . We know your all tired so are we . But just because someone runs in for something small I wouldn’t just stick your nose up and ask everyone else if they need gift wrapping or help and overlook the person paying for what you carry in your store . Also I’ve never given any of their staff to think the worst of me or my family or my son. I was merely stand there and before that looking around the store and shopping . Sorry I didn’t meet the dress code or what your other employees don’t count as clients . I’ll never spend a single cent in this store again . If I wanted that treatment I would go sit down with my ex and take that on rather then feel so uncomfortable in a store that you loose all sense of security or respect.

The staff is very welcoming. 3 ladies working the day I went. They were all so sweet and staying busy. Smells good and looks clean. Found more than what I needed. Stephanie is who checked me out. Such a bright smile and very polite.
