I went inside because I had a meeting there. When I went inside I order my sausage rolls and I asked if I can have them warm. Just so I can eat them there. They weren’t busy so I trusted I wouldn’t had to wait long. But I did end up waiting. And they gave me my sausage rolls cold. Very upset. Because I’m pregnant and I can’t eat them till they are warm.

I ordered 2 hot lattes with caramel and white chocolate as well as a brownie and cookie. The service was phenomenal and prompt! The drinks were delicious and the desserts were served warm but can be served at room temp. The environment is very relaxed and perfect for getting some work done, for a business meeting or for just catching up with a friend. You’ve got to try it!

EDIT TO MY REVIEW PREVIOUSLY THIS JUST HAPPENED TODAY: I like undergrounds the coffee is great but they tip themselves without asking. Listen I worked in the service industry so I get it tips are nice to have & if they had just asked I would 100% tip them but they did not. Tell me why she told me my total was $10.51 but my card was charged $16.51. Not okay. If you go make sure you ask for a receipt. Every time I come it never fails it’s always great service. I’ve been coming here since I moved here & not one time have they ever messed up my order & it always tastes so good sometimes they even go above & beyond for my kiddo & I love it. Definitely recommend. Both locations are great!
