Horrible customer service. I received 4 “friendly reminder” texts reminding me of my appointment at 10am Monday morning. My vehicle was there Sunday nite. I received absolutely no updated about my car even after leaving several messages. My car sat until Thursday. When I stopped to inquire Justin told me it would be done by tomorrow. By the time I got home he called me and informed me he wasn’t interested in repairing my car! If he didn’t have the skills to do the job he shouldn’t have taken the job. He was recommended by Tire Tech in Williamstown, who was honest and didn’t want to do the repair. I have used TT in the past, so I recommend Tire Tech. Great customer service there! Don’t take your vehicle to this incompetent mechanic.
