Tamarack Pizza

Went in on a neighbors recommendation and when seated was created by a very rude woman who was snappy to my friends and I and repeadly walked by without asking if we were ready to order. Food is decent but service is completely lacking. Would not recommend this place.

Old school wisconsin hunting/fishing fans will love. Been coming here 25 hears. I live in Tn now and came back to Milwaukee for a night and drove to Portage for steak sandwiches on the way back South. Thats 5 extra hours and worth every bite. Great pizza but i needed a steak fix after being without for six years. Cash and check only though so bring it and remember to tip. Five stars as always. As a former Pub owner myself I promise it wont disappoint.

Not sure how this place got a 4.4 rating, maybe we stopped on an "off" day. Service was terrible at the bar, the cook never washed her hands or wore gloves and cooked everything from burgers, chicken, steak, fries, APPS, u name it. We got the pizza, which she didn't bake, pizza was a top 5 pizza for sure, I wouldn't get a burger no matter how great it smelled because id be afraid of getting sick. Doubt we will ever come back unless we get a pizza to go. 5 star pizza 1 star service.
