Wonder Nails

Tried giving this place benefit of doubt, I pay good $ for my nails to end up like this, tech blames my job and says it’s something I’m doing wrong but happens 30 minutes or so after leaving salon, it’s not enough dry time too thick of layers or an old polish but I’m told it’s my fault and something I’m doing. When I bring it up to her she tries to make me feel bad and makes it uncomfortable to ask her to rectify it, when I ask for an ombré she will do anything to avoid doing it and tell me she can’t or doesn’t have the color I’m asking for EVERY time. I’ve gone back time and time to try and see if it’ll get better but gets worse. I’ll be taking myself out of this salon and a new one thah doesn’t fight for what I want done and or fight me on what I want to get done. Years ago would give this place a 5 star but if I could give 0 now I would. Edit: the purple nails are from a NEW salon I went to with the best customer service, and these are DAYS after they were done. No bubbles at all. But wonder nails I always had bubbles and she blamed me saying it was something I was doing wrong. Wonder nails is definitely a 0 star for me

I was very hesitant about trying a new Salon out when it came to getting a new full set, but ended up being very happy with the outcome! I always get my pink acrylic nails & Cindy made me one happy mama! ????

My girlfriend gets her nails done here and this time around the tech that was working on her hands removed her old acrylics without any acetone or gentleness. The process for removing acrylic nails requires filing and use of chemicals. The way this tech removed my girlfriend’s nails caused my girlfriend long lasting pain, the cuticles were not cleaned up and they never clean underneath the nails themselves. On top of that the whole process is very rushed they don’t speak any English which seems somewhat rude in a customer setting and as soon as you sit down in your seat they’re already focused on the next person who walked in the door rushing to get you done to get to the next. You pay good money for a set of nails and the experience should be somewhat pleasant as well I would think. I give 2 stars because the finish product does look good but they cut a lot of corners to get there.
