What’s goin on guys , I just had to share my experience at Big D Tires with Danny and his crew and there mechanic shop. These guys went above and beyond to fix my car in just 2 days not to mention I had close to 10 different things to fix ranging from suspension to steering , these guys prices are super fair and they don’t make you feel like you owe them anything unlike other mechanic shops I’ve been too. Before I met these guys I always had the judgment of mechanic shops ripping people off but Danny and his guys a very trustworthy , and their service is just top-notch. If you're ever in need of car repairs, don't hesitate to give them a call. They've earned a loyal customer!

The BEST automotive shop in East Dallas. This location is my family and friends go-to for flat tire patches and air, new and used tires, parts, oil changes and inspections, just about everything automotive. I've lived in this area my entire life and have never truly found a reliable auto shop that felt like family, happy to say, I finally have!! The technicians and manager always go above and beyond and they truly know the automotive business. They're respective and take pride in their work, Their prices are fair (no up-charging here). Highly recommend!!! Reliable and very trustworthy!!! Also, the manager of the shop made major efforts to rescue a beautiful, feral cat 'Whiskers' and take her to get fixed along with her babies. That is beyond commendable. ‘Salt' and 'Pepper' are now spoiled and beyond lucky!!! They are the most beautiful shop cats and I'll be spending even more time up there now. :) Thank YOU all for making us feel like family!!

Amazing shop. One stop shop. They are friendly and do excellent work, full mechanic (motor and suspension), alignment, oil, you name it. My full tune up was excellent.
