Clinton Road Septic Tank Services

We called Clinton Road Septic to come locate and pump our tank as we were having back up in our basement. In the beginning everything was good. They came out and could not locate as we had a lot of overgrowth where the tank actually was. Told us they would be out the next day. Next day came and they said they got busy with other orders, which I get ours was last minute. Finally two days after the intial call they came out cleared the area and found our tank. The truck to clean it out was on another job so they stated they would be out next day. Next day came we didn't hear anything so hubby called and they said they would be out the next morning. They finally showed up to get it cleaned out. We were finally up and running able to use our facilities again. During all of this they discovered our lid was broken. We were told they would be out the following day to replace and cover everything back up. Next day came, no communication. Husband calls again and we were told that they would be out at 1030 next morning. We are going on two weeks from first point of contact and we are still waiting on a lid. At this point I am fed up with the back and forth. I told my husband not to pay until work was complete, but husbands. So now they got their money and I doubt have intentions on coming back. So looks like we will have to get into contact with someone else. I was really hoping we had a reliable and trustworthy company to use going forward, but that does not look like the case. Wish I would have read the reviews more.

This has been the best experience I ever had Bucky is a great person and does an outstanding job. Resolving septic tank issues. I would recommend this company to any person that is in need of septic tank repair. And it’s been pleasure meeting him and wish him nothing but the best .

Made an appointment for the next day, but didn't show up. Called to confirm appointment in the am but the phone was turned off. When I finally made contact again I was told he had vehicle issue. Why no call to let me know? Moved on to another company since I remembered seeing he had bad reviews for the same truck issues and poor communication previously.
